Type

Color
Paper #F3EFE1, ink #1C1B19. Red #E53E33 marks what you can act on. In the work index, color tells you the kind of work: red for investigations, blue for systems maps, green for research.
Build
The site is static, built with Astro from Markdown files and hosted on Vercel. There’s no CMS and no database. Every page is a text file in a Git repository.
Maintenance
Claude Code maintains the site. To change something, I edit a Markdown file, or describe the change, and Claude Code builds the site, checks the links, and deploys it. The rules it follows, from type to tone, are written down in a file in the repository.
